The work
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work: scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. If something isn't in the proposal, it isn't in the engagement — amendments are agreed in writing.
Estimates and pricing
Pricing on this site is illustrative unless a signed proposal says otherwise. Fixed-scope sprints are priced before work begins.
Intellectual property
On final payment, you own the work product we built for you: website code, automations, and assets created under the engagement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, playbooks, and methods, and we may reuse general techniques learned in the course of the work.
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access, content, decisions, and feedback. Delays on your side move timelines on ours.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.
Warranties and liability
We warrant the work will be performed professionally and substantially as described. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the start of your engagement governs it.
